I. Brief Product Description:

This product is a sub-micron-sized, deformable spherical gel that can be used to plug micro-pores and micro-fractures during drilling, participating in the formation of low-permeability mud cakes, and blocking the transmission of liquid-phase pressure.

Applicable to formations with significant loss and severe leakage of oil-based drilling fluid during the drilling process.

II. Product features:

 DYDNJ-1 Resistant to temperature150℃ , DYDNJ-2Resistant to temperature 180℃.

 Mud cake permeability reduced by more than 85.

 Blocking strength of 375~750μm sand bed reaches 8.6MPa.

 Does not affect the rheology and electrical stability.

 Recommended dosage 1%~3%.

 Leakage: Preparation of spherical gel composite plugging slurry pumped into the leakage layer, the recommended formula: 3%~5% spherical gel + 1%~2% fiber material + 3%~5% ultrafine calcium carbonate.

III. Packaging and Storage:

 200kg Plastic drum or as per client’s requirements

 Store in dry area. Avoid open fire, strong oxidant, high-temperature

 Period of validity: 12 month.
