I. Brief Product Description:

This product is a low polyamide high temperature resistant emulsifier with good emulsification and wetting properties.

Its amide and sulfonamide groups and branched chain structure ensure the emulsion stability and temperature resistance of drilling fluid. It is suitable for white oil and diesel oil based drilling fluid systems with different densities.

II. Product features:

 Water-in-oil system with temperature resistance up to 180℃, full oil-based system with temperature resistance up to 200℃.

 Applicable oil-water ratio of 70:30 to full oil base, applicable density up to 2.5g/cm³

 More than 20% lower than conventional emulsifier dosage.

 Adjustment of additive amount according to temperature.

III. Packaging and Storage:

 200kg Plastic drum or as per client’s requirements

 Store in dry area. Avoid open fire, strong oxidant, high-temperature

 Period of validity: 12 months
