I. Brief Product Description:

A oil-soluble polymer, synthesized through emulsion polymerization using organic esters as raw materials, featuring long hydrophobic chain ester groups. These chains provide dispersion capability and flexibility in the oil phase, allowing for deformation and film formation under high pressure. This results in the formation of a dense mud cake in drilling fluids, enhancing emulsion stability.  biodegradable, versatile, requires low dosage, and has minimal impact on drilling fluid viscosity. 

II. Product features:

 Temperature resistant 200℃.

 Suitable for mineral oil-based (diesel, white oil) and synthetic-based(biomass synthetic, gas-to-oil) drilling fluids.

 Used alone, the recommended dosage is 3%~4% of the quantity of base oil.

 When used in combination with asphalt, the recommended dosage is 1.5%~3% of the amount of base oil.

III. Packaging and Storage:

 200kg Plastic drum or as per client’s requirements

 Store in dry area. Avoid open fire, strong oxidant, high-temperature

 Period of validity: 12 months
