I.Brief Product Description:

This product is a high solid content emulsion polymer filtration control agent, featuring a three-dimensional spherical hyperbranched structure with high branching degree and high functional group density. Compared to linear polymers of the same components, it exhibits low viscosity effects and strong shear thinning capability. It is suitable for water-based drilling fluid systems.

DYBPS-L is suitable for complex formations, providing temperature and salt resistance while reducing filtration loss.

DYBPS-H is suitable for upper formations, enhancing viscosity and shear thinning, providing temperature resistance, and reducing filtration loss.


II.Product features:

 Applicable temperature: ≤420℉(210℃)

 The salt resistance can reach saturation and the calcium resistance can reach 3000mg/L.

 DYBPS-L exhibits low viscosity effects; when added at 1.0% in brine or saturated brine slurry, the viscosity change is minimal.

 DYBPS-H has strong thickening and shear thinning capabilities; when added at 0.5%, viscosity and shear thinning are enhanced by 30% to 50%.


III. Packaging and Storage:

 200kg Plastic drum or as per client’s requirements.

 Store in a dry, ventilated place. Avoid open flames and high temperatures.  

 Period of validity: 12 month
