Organophilic Clay DYGEL also named amine treated Bentonite.

In oil based fluids,organophilic clay viscosifier are used to increase carrying capacity and suspension properties, providing support for weight materials and improved cutting removal. Organophilic bentonite also aids in filter-cake formation and filtration control.

II.Product features:

 DYGEL Temperature range ≤170℃ 

 DYGEL-H Temperature range ≤210℃

 Effective viscosifier and gellant

 Aids control of fluid loss to the formation

 Increases emulsion stability

 Improves cuttings carrying and hole cleaning capacity

III. Packaging and Storage:

 25 kgs Composite packaging bag or as per clients requirements

 Store in dry area. Avoid open fire, strong oxidant, high-temperature

 Period of validity: 24 month
