Quality Control Framework

  • 1) Supplier & Raw Materials

    Incoming QC (identity, purity, moisture) and periodic supplier review.

  • 2) In-Process Control

    Batch sheets, viscosity/solids/pH windows, and hold-points before packaging.

  • 3) Final Inspection

    Filtration/rheology performance, appearance, moisture — COA release by QA.

  • 4) Traceability

    Batch ID → raw-material lots → process parameters → QC data (WBM/OBM/SBM) → labels → shipment.
