Welan Gum is a high-performance biopolymer viscosifier and filtration-control agent for water-based drilling and completion fluids. It is a high-molecular-weight anionic polysaccharide produced by Alcaligenes sp. fermentation, designed to deliver stable viscosity and strong suspension in high-salinity brines and other challenging fluid environments.
Engineered for harsh drilling conditions, DongYU Welan Gum is suitable for high-temperature, high-salinity, and complex geological operations and is positioned to provide stronger performance than conventional xanthan gum in demanding environments.
