Introduction

DRILLGLIDE Series is a water-based drilling lubricant designed to reduce torque & drag by lowering metal–formation and metal–metal friction in water-based mud systems. It disperses uniformly in the fluid to form a stable lubricating film, providing fast friction reduction with minimal impact on rheology and solids-control performance. The series is suitable for freshwater, seawater and brine systems, including fluids containing divalent ions (Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺), and is offered in two temperature-focused grades—DrillGlide 120 and DrillGlide 180—for different drilling intervals.

 Grades & Temperature Rating

• DrillGlide 120 —up to 120°C (248°F); general-purpose grade for freshwater and brine WBM

• DrillGlide 180 — up to 180°C (356°F); higher-temperature grade for demanding sections
