Introduction

DYZY-D is an OB nanofilm sealing agent supplied as a white emulsion for oil-based drilling fluids (OBM) and synthetic-based fluids (SBM). Produced via emulsion polymerization, it contains long hydrophobic chains that disperse in the oil phase and form a flexible nano-film under downhole pressure. This nano-film supports the creation of a dense, low-permeability mud cake, helping enhance emulsion stability while delivering effective HTHP filtration control with minimal impact on fluid viscosity. DYZY-D is designed for high-temperature intervals and remains effective up to 200°C (392°F).
