Introduction

DYNP1 is a nano polyester sealer supplied as a white emulsion for drilling fluids. It is a multi-polymer system designed to generate nano-solid sealing material in the fluid and on the wellbore surface. With strong adsorption and adhesion from functional groups on the molecular chain, DYNP1 helps build a tight sealing layer to support wellbore stability and cuttings integrity, while contributing to API fluid-loss reduction. It is engineered for demanding intervals and remains effective up to 200°C (392°F). With low fluorescence, DYNP1 is suitable for exploration wells where fluorescence control is required.
