Introduction

DYLEMU is a high-temperature, high-density emulsifier for oil-based drilling fluids (OBM) (diesel oil / white oil). It is designed to deliver strong emulsification and wetting, helping build a stable water-in-oil emulsion for demanding drilling conditions.
A key benefit of DYLEMU is its dual-function design: it can be supplied as a single product combining Primary Emulsifier + Secondary Emulsifier, or it can be provided as separate primary / secondary emulsifiers depending on the customer’s formulation, oil-water ratio, and performance target. DYLEMU is suitable for high-density OBM systems up to 2.5 g/cm³ and maintains emulsion stability at elevated temperatures.
