Introduction

DYJN-YG is a chrome-free lignosulfonate designed as an environmentally friendly thinner / deflocculant for water-based drilling fluids (WBM). It helps stabilize rheology, reduce gel strength, and support filtration control by improving solids dispersion, especially in systems exposed to contaminants. DYJN-YG maintains performance at elevated temperatures up to 180°C (356°F), making it suitable for deeper and hotter intervals where consistent rheology control is required.

Typical dosage (optimize based on solids, salinity and target filtration):

• Freshwater: 1.0%

• Seawater: 2.0%
