Introduction

D-HTF / D-HTF PRO is a high-temperature, high-salinity polymer fluid-loss control additive for modern water-based drilling fluids (WBM).
It delivers strong API/HTHP filtration control while helping form a thin, tight and low-friction filter cake, reducing differential-sticking risk and supporting wellbore stability.
D-HTF focuses on very low viscosity contribution, while D-HTF PRO provides enhanced structure / higher viscosity contribution for more demanding intervals. The product is compatible with common WBM systems and solids-control operations.

• Controls filtration in freshwater, seawater, brine and saturated-brine WBM systems

• Builds a thin, resilient filter cake to help reduce differential sticking

• Designed for high salinity and divalent brines (Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺)

• Suitable for high-density WBM and demanding drilling/ completion fluids

HT/HS performance: up to 180°C (356°F) in composite brines / divalent brines (Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺), and up to 200°C (392°F) in saturated brine.

• 0.5–3.0%

• Add slowly under circulation with adequate mixing/shear to ensure uniform dispersion
