Introduction

A drilling-fluid filtration reducer formulated with sulfonated phenol–formaldehyde resin and sulfonated lignite. It is compatible with common sulfonated additives such as sulfonated asphalt and sulfonated tannin, and is designed to provide effective thinning (viscosity reduction) and fluid-loss control under high-temperature and high-salinity conditions. The product is suitable for HT/HP and deep-well water-based mud systems where thermal stability and salt/calcium tolerance are required.
