Introduction

DYZRH-1 / DYZRH-2 is a non-fluorescent, biomass-based lubricant designed for water-based drilling fluids (WBM). Formulated with oxygen-containing compounds, EP (extreme-pressure) components and emulsifier system, it improves lubricity while maintaining stable rheology and good compatibility across freshwater, seawater and high-salinity systems. The product features an ester-free, hydrolysis-resistant design to support a long working cycle in demanding conditions. DYZRH-1 is temperature-rated up to 220°C (428°F), while DYZRH-2 is temperature-rated up to 180°C (356°F), making the series suitable for extended runs and hot sections where low-fluorescence performance is required.
